Return Policy

Returning products to us is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via email at within 7 days of delivery and let us know the reason for your return. We will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement.

Please note: If an item has been personalized by being engraved or customized, it cannot be returned unless we have made an error in the engraving or customization. Otherwise, all personalized sales are final.

In the event you received a damaged product, you must let us know within 48 hours. If the return is the result of shipping damage, we need to know right away so we can contact the shipping carrier and make them aware of the problem. They may need to see and retrieve the package. In any rate, we would email you and inform you right away.

If the return is due to a fulfillment error, we will need to be emailed with 7 days. We will pay for the return shipping cost; however, the merchandise must be returned in good condition with the original shipping and packaging.
