Returning products to us is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by email at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery and let us know the reason for your return. The payment of the return shipping costs is the customer's responsibility. The returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.The merchandise must be returned in undamaged, new condition with all of the parts, brochures, instructions, etc. The item must be returned in the original box with the original packaging.Please note: If an item has been personalized by being engraved or customized, it cannot be returned unless we have made an error in the engraving or customization. Otherwise, all personalized sales are final.
In the event you received a damaged product, you must let us know within 48 hours. If the return is the result of shipping damage, we need to know right away so we can contact the shipping carrier and make them aware of the problem. They may need to see and retrieve the package.
If the return is due to our making a fulfillment error, we will need to be notified by email within 7 days. The safe return of the merchandise is the customer's responsibility. The merchandise must be returned in undamaged, new condition with all of the parts, brochures, instructions, etc. The item must be returned in the original box with the original packaging. If the above conditions are met, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at your discretion. If you choose a refund, we will include the shipping costs that you paid to send the merchandise back to us only if you provide us with the receipt for the return shipping. Photocopies of the original receipt emailed to us are acceptable as proof.
